Everything was simply great. Loved my excellent stay of 7 nights or more.
Some people working there were very rude.
Luxury and clean hotel with a good value.
What a really really nice stay, nothing too much trouble. Recently refurbished option among 3 stars hotels.
The hotel is luxurious with fairly clean area and accommodating staff. The check out is easy.
Modern design, inviting and well laid out rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty with lots of outstanding options. Immaculately clean and compact hotel in Southpoint-Butler Blvd district. The service was outstanding, I had 1 good night here.
The hotel appeared to be newly renovated and I loved staff and location. Property was fairly clean. There were a couple of nice restaurants.
Updated and immaculate rooms, plus the staff is best.
Unfortunately internet was terrible.
Location was TRANQUIL, and I truly enjoyed newly renovated rooms and service-minded stuff.

A lovely hotel in Jacksonville. The staff was willing to help, the room was common, the breakfast was inclusive! The outdoor bar in the property had plenty of mixed martini and juices throughout the day.
picture perfect hotel, particularly good location and welcoming staff. i booked an extremely spacious room with coffee and hairdryer, it was perfectly clean too. bed was comfy, and i liked big bathroom. the easy check-in too. bottled drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.
Big, big size room and lovely staff, fast wi-fi. Great view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. The restaurant was excellent, great food. Could use their overnight parking😀
Relaxing experience there. Gorgeous property, neat, attentive service and great value. We were met by super, super personnel. Got free breakfast offered.
It's cozy base for visiting some must see attractions in Jacksonville. Regards to your clerk.

Immaculately clean and beautifully kept hotel with perfect location outside Jacksonville downtown. Nice building and rooms still on bed. Good service, brilliantly friendly and professional staff.
